About me
I'm Jakub, a UX & CRO specialist. It makes the most sense to me where design connects with users and data — propose a change, then verify whether it actually solved the problem.
How I got here
After years of working with different companies, I kept noticing the same pattern. The way problems were defined and solutions designed had nothing to do with users' real needs — and was never validated with users or data.
In my free time I started studying how to do it properly — so it brings the best possible outcomes not just for users, but for companies and the profitability of the business.
What I believe
I believe that when we solve the right problem, customers and the business both win. I decide primarily by data, not by gut feeling. I'd rather make fewer changes — but know they're the right ones, with real impact. I don't like changes made “because that's how it's done”; I can back every change with a number and with what I expect from it.
Outside of work
I'm into markets and investing — I like how they mix psychology with numbers, much like CRO. I read about behavioral economics, tinker with projects of my own, and keep looking for ways to say complicated things simply.
